At MLCC's Public Meetings, members of our Planning & Zoning Committee will conduct a series of educational sessions. These sessions will focus on Cincinnati land use, zoning code, and related city processes, with emphasis on Mt. Lookout. Our city is in a period of significant development and growth. We feel it’s important that the Mt. Lookout community understands how Cincinnati planning and zoning code works, and the ways it can impact not only our neighborhood, but also the city as a whole. The Hyde Park Neighborhood Council (HPNC) has voted and is opposing the
development with City Council and the City Planning Commission. MLCC supports the HPNC's position and actions. Due to the overwhelming opposition recent similar proposals in Mt. Lookout Square have elicited from our residents, the Board of the MLCC felt compelled to make an official statement to City Council, City Planning Commission, and others. Click the image for a PDF.
