MOUNT LOOKOUT COMMUNITY COUNCIL
The MLCC is an all-volunteer organization that informs, serves, and advocates for the residents and businesses of Mt. Lookout, Cincinnati. Founded in 1906, it is the oldest continually operated civic organization in the State of Ohio.
The Mt. Lookout Business Association is a program of the MLCC. It is comprised of neighborhood businesses that find value in the work MLCC does, be it the maintenance and beautification of Mt. Lookout Square, community events, or advocacy with the City. Most of our supporting businesses are located in Mt. Lookout Square--but not all.

Keepsake Photography Studio Celebrates 37 years in Mt. Lookout! In 1988, Kim Rice started her photography business in Mt. Lookout, occupying a 2nd floor space in the building where Ramundo’s is now. She only spent a little over a year in that small office space, then moved to a storefront where there had been an ice cream shop at 1018 Delta, gutted it and made it her own. Nine years later she moved to her current location 1008 Delta where she rented for many years, then purchased the building 10 years ago. As Kim notes, "there aren’t many ‘bricks and mortar’ independent photography studios left in town.” Kim's studio offers family portraits, as well as children's, high school seniors, pets,headshots, and business portraits, both at the studio or at the location of your choice. She also does passport photos, both US and foreign passport photos and visas. The foreign ones are usually specialty format and she is often the shop in the greater Cincinnati region that does them to spec. One of Kim’s favorite specials she does is right before Easter.
