Support Local Restaurants in Mt. Lookout
Our community’s restaurants and food establishments have been rocked by a dramatic decline in sales as a result of COVID-19. Many could quickly run short of cash to support day-to-day operations and staff wages.
LET’S SHOW THEM WE HAVE THEIR BACKS!
If half of all Mt. Lookout households (there’s more than 2,600 of us) commit to spending at least $25 each week in takeout this winter, we can make a difference!
$25 a week x 1,250 households = $130,000 per month in business
(Mt. Lookout has 13 restaurants)
This equates to $10,000 average per restaurant to cover operating costs. This can be the difference between economic survival or closure.
Join our 25 for Mt. Lookout Facebook group, write positive reviews and share photos of the meals you order.
Meeting friends or family over Zoom? Order from a different restaurant each week and share that experience together. Celebrating a special occasion – birthday, anniversary? Consider a local restaurant for takeout. Don’t feel like cooking tonight? Let a local restaurant help.
